Villa Eglantine proposes competitive rates for each season.
per studio, per night in euros,
excluding stay taxes : 5.44% of hiring price, cealed at €4,45 per night and per person
excluding administration and cleaning costs at end of stay : €50 (reduced to €40 in case of 2 nights stay and €30 in case of 1 night stay)
Prices are based on an occupation by two persons, a supplement of €20 per night is applicable for each supplementary person.
For each stay of less than 7 nights the choice of studio is not guaranteed.
Hiring for "Fête du Levant" (formerly called "Fête des Commerçants") is conditionned by a minimum of 3 nights, which are reserved to customers who already stayed at Villa Eglantine in the course of the same year.
