Franco Maschio was born in Majano, near Udine, in the heart of Friuli. There he lives with his family, his two sons Marc and Frédéric, "the pearls of his collection" and Neva, very sweet, enthusiastic, and compassionate woman.

The creations of Franco Maschio are loaded by overfull and atmost brutal mouvement. An explosion of communication appears in figures, as if they wanted to get rid from uniformity and boredom.

His sculptures are certainly intriguing, with an underlying "big bang" or growing exitation which is sent out.
